InTouch calendar is a great way to manage your appointments / events for yourself and your other users.
You can adjust your Calendar Settings:
to default to your favoured view (e.g. weekly) and whether you want your Tasks to show also.
You also have the option of Calendar Categories:
You may for example want a separate calendar for your major Events or for your on-site Training Room bookings...

When creating a calendar entry you can link it to a contact record, which is always useful to do and then this acts as a contact reference point when you hover over your calendar appointment.
