In this guide, we will show you how to update multiple contacts simultaneously. This function updates Groups of contacts within your account.

Click on the 'Contacts' section on the sidebar then Options > 'Batch Update Contacts'.

Once you have clicked on 'Batch Update Contacts', you will be taken to this page.

Select a group from the drop-down box and press 'Next' to proceed to the next step.

Fill in the fields that you wish to update and ensure that for each field you check the box to the left of it. For Contact Preferences you need to tick the box on the left AND tick either the Yes or No radio button on the right. These boxes are to identify which fields you want to update.

You can also add in any custom fields if you wish to. Click 'Next' to move on to the next step.

On this final page you will see an overview of what you are about to update.Simply select 'Confirm and Update' to finish.

 

You have now updated many contacts in one go!
