This section of the report highlights which contacts have either unsubscribed from your email campaign or made a complaint, what's the different. Well with our system, for each email that you send there has to be an unsubscribed tag in it - this %unsubscribed% so when you customer clicks they will not receive any more emails from you. If however, it's come back as a complaint this is where they have marked it as "Spam".
If however a customer has clicked on this by mistake or they have changed their mind here is what you have to do.
