When you have set up groups in the past within InTouch, you may have given them names which were relevant at the time, but aren't now. Thankfully you can change the Groups name following these steps!

1) Go to contacts

2) Select Groups from the top of the screen

3) Find the group you wish to rename

4) In the 'Group Name' field simply type in what you need the Group to now be called.

5) Hit the 'apply changes' button and then use the system as normal.

From within the view section, you can also edit other elements such as 'group type', 'contacts within the group' and 'organisations within the group'.
