The leads and sales pipeline is a great feature within InTouch, and one all users are able to access.

However, if you want to be able to not only see your own pipeline, but also the pipeline of the other users on the account, you will need to become a master user or co-master user on the account.

You will then see the other user's names pop up on the drop down.

To become a co-master user, we need written permission (email) from the current master user giving permission for this to be done!
