You may have noticed that in your Contacts list you can see the related Organisation and Custom Fields linked with individual Contacts.

Perhaps you have wondered why some linked contacts are showing the Organisation name but not others.

There is an easy solution to this...

1. Open the Contact's record and then click on the Organisation tab towards the bottom of the record.

2. You may see that they are linked to the Organisation BUT that Organisation has not been made the Primary organisation.

3. Click on the blue button: "Make Primary Organisation".

4. Return to your Contacts list and now you'll see that the contact does now have that organisation name showing in the list.
